A YES confirms consent only for a current, unexpired signup request. A confirmation received after the 24-hour window does not enroll the number; a new JOIN request is needed. Marketing eligibility also requires a unique, consistent customer phone match. Unmatched or ambiguous numbers remain held for review and are not eligible for promotional messages, even if consent has been recorded.

The staged application suppresses further messaging after STOP. JOIN, YES and START do not override an opt-out. A separate re-consent process would require approval before use. When the messaging provider handles a STOP or HELP response itself, the application avoids sending a duplicate response. Provider response configuration and live delivery have not been verified for this proposed flow.

Program scope and existing policies

This proposed program covers marketing texts about birthday offers, sales and events. Ordinary checkout phone collection is separate and does not grant marketing consent. Existing consent records are not automatically converted to this program.

The linked existing policies contain descriptions of the earlier verbal-invitation and mixed-message program. This exhibit documents the proposed separate JOIN marketing flow; it does not claim those policy sections have been replaced or that the new flow is active. Program-specific policy alignment and launch checks remain pending.
