Eligible returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase, or exchanged within 28 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in their original, saleable condition.

Final-sale items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items with a gusset—the fabric panel that covers intimate areas—including panties and bodysuits.
• All swimwear and shapewear.
• Sale merchandise.

360 ID security tags

If your item has a 360 ID security tag, please keep it attached until you’re sure of the fit. Removing, cutting, or tampering with the tag makes the item ineligible for return or exchange. All final-sale exclusions still apply.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges may be made in-store or by mail. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
