Eligible returns

Online purchases: Request a return for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Online return requests are for returns only; please place a new order if you would like a different size or item.

In-store purchases: Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase, or exchanged within 28 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in their original, saleable condition.

Final-sale items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items with a gusset—the fabric panel that covers intimate areas—including panties and bodysuits.
• All swimwear and shapewear.
• Sale merchandise.

360 ID security tags

If your item has a 360 ID security tag, please keep it attached until you’re sure of the fit. Removing, cutting, or tampering with the tag makes the item ineligible for return or exchange. All final-sale exclusions still apply.

Request an online return

Request a return by signing in with the email address used for your order. Select your order and the items you wish to return, then submit your request.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing your items.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you use a return label provided by Top Drawer Lingerie, a flat $8.00 return shipping fee per return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

You may instead arrange and pay for your own return postage. If you do, no additional return-label fee applies. In-store returns do not incur a return shipping fee.

There is no restocking fee.

Returns and refunds

Approved returns may be brought to our store or mailed back following the return instructions. Refunds to the original payment method, or store credit when requested, are issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
