*Application is key - apply on clean & dry skin, free from oils and lotions.
ALWAYS complete a patch test prior to applying.

Do not exceed 8 hours of wear - do not sleep in your breast tape
Do not over trim, it is recommended to add support pieces onto your breast tape for additional support. Do not over stretch the tape causing too much strain, add support pieces to achieve desired lift. For Removal we recommend removing slowly from the bottom up, while supporting your breast firmly. Use baby oil to aid with removal, apply generously onto the breast tape, allow the oil to soak in for 5 minutes before attempting to remove to allow the oils to assist in breaking down the adhesive. Do not rip off like a bandaid.
